Hello, and welcome to Baking with Melissa. The question is, is there a recipe for brownie cupcakes using a brownie mix? And the answer is, of course! There's nothing better than a brownie cupcake, and today I'm gonna show you the easiest way you can possibly do it, by using a mix. We're gonna start off with the original supreme premium brownie mix, and it comes with a little Hershey's syrup pouch. So, we'll just go ahead and get started here. I'm going to put the brownie mix into the bowl. Dump everything in the bowl, all at once, and just mix it up. We have 1/3 of a cup of oil, 1/3 of a cup of water, 2 eggs and the best part, my favorite thing in the whole entire world, chocolate. So we're going to put our Hershey's syrup into the bowl as well. Slide that on in. And then, mix it up. Okay, I've finished mixing the brownie batter, and now it's time to put it into our muffin pans. Now if you want 12 full-size brownie cupcakes, you can do it in a full-sized pan, but I like everything in a mini muffin pan. I've already pre-lined my cupcake pan with these little white liners, and I pre-heat my oven to 350 degrees. Now I'm going take this little cookie scooper and I'm just going to scoop out a little bit of brownie batter, and I'm going to place it into the muffin pan. Now this just makes it easier for you to get even-sized cupcakes, if you do it this way. But again, if you don't have a scooper, just use a spoon. Now I am filling up these pans about three-fourths of the way up, leaving some room for the cupcakes to expand and grow. If you use the small cookie scooper here, it really helps you get the perfect portion. Okay, well I have filled up all of my brownie cupcakes here, and now I'm going to place them in the oven. It's already set to 350 degrees, and we'll leave them in there for 10 to 12 minutes, and then when we take them out, we'll have some some amazing brownie cupcakes. My brownie cupcakes are out of the oven, and now I'm gonna put some delicious chocolate fudge frosting right on top. We'll see you next time on Baking with Melissa.
