Hey, everyone. My name is Gene, and I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, I've been working in the industry for about 15 years. And in this video we're going to talk about children's art and wall decor. Let's, let's go take a look. With children's art when you're, when you're teaching a child to be an artiest or your trying to develop those skills in a child sometimes it's a, well it's always better to, to engage the child's imagination. So you're, you're putting together something that, you know maybe they'll hang on the refrigerator, they'll hang on the wall somewhere and you know the parents will get them home or maybe you're the parent and you want to hang it on the fridge. One of the interesting ways is to sort of tell them a story. So let's say, you know it starts off and maybe you got like a little guy here or a little gal and you've got for some reason she's just standing there in the middle of giant garden. So just make the little garden here, bam and in this garden there's a bunch of a, a bunch of different plants so we've got a couple of like little plants that have been planted sticking up out of the, out of the garden that will eventually, you know pull them up and they'll be some potatoes there, there will probably be some cucumbers and some carrots a bunch of little things and then after a while a giant monster form a nearby neighborhood sees this garden and he's like, oh I really like carrots and a bunch of potatoes, potatoes and so the monster comes and he's like, argh. He's got big arms and he's going to just come over here and he's going to pick some potatoes and have a good salad. So he's looking out over top of the garden and before you know it you've got a giant monster looking over a garden, but you've also got a cool little picture of a dog. So an exorcise like this also you can engage the child's imagination and, and sort of teach them to, to change their perception and look at things in a different way. So anyway that's just a quick little thing you can do with your kids. So that's just a really quick technique to, to do some children's art wall decor. Thanks for watching.
