Hi, I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown from BagsbyCAB-Yarn Shoppe in Denver, Colorado, Bagsbycab.com. Today, I will be teaching you how to leave a tail in crochet. To begin making this project, this crochet project this will be a hat so we're going to leave a long tail which means take whatever length in inches your pattern is calling for and leave that completely available before you put your loop on your hook. So here we're going to chain three, four, five, six, join the chain and the loop and there you have your long tail. Now you can begin a hat pattern or whatever you need to have a long tail to weave in at the end of your pattern. And that's how you leave a tail in crochet. I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown, Bagsbycab.com, and thank you for watching.
