Hi, I'm Gail from Gail Johnson Weddings and Events, and today we're going to talk a little bit about how to add wedding trim to your wedding veil. So what you want to do is we're going to talk a little bit about ribbon today. So ribbon comes in all different colors. It comes in all different sizes. You can also find ribbon, they call it double faced ribbon where it's basically the same fabric on both sides. One of the things that you want to do when you're looking for ribbon is to make sure that you buy enough. This has ten yards on it, which is probably going to be enough for the project and again you want to make sure that you buy extra, just in case because you never know what will happen but if you buy you know, two spools that should be plenty to last. So one of the things that we're going to do today now that we have picked out our ribbon is apply it to our veil. So we have a veil here and what we're going to do is just apply this trim to it. And this is pretty much a simple project. Again, if you are a beginner you may want to put a pin into the fabric and then pin it probably every half an inch or inch or so to make sure that you are staying on line and then all we're going to do is to go ahead and we're going to start sewing. The key is to take your time, don't rush and you'll turn out with a spectacular veil. This is Gail with Gail Johnson Weddings and Events.
