Hi, I’m Cherish Flieder, designer of Today, I’m here to show you how to cover a coffee can with Mod Podge and a paper napkin. So, to begin, you’re going to want to make sure that you have enough napkin to wrap all the way around your coffee can, and it’s okay if it overlaps a little bit, so…and, I actually – on this one, I went around with two layers of napkin to make it really nice. So, we’re cut and ready to go. So, to begin, I’m going to lay this out, kind of like a wrapping paper roll, and start applying the Mod Podge to about half of the can. You want to give it a nice, good start. So, let’s go ahead and get this started. So, I’m going to line it up, and then just smooth it down as I start to wrap. And, paper napkin’s very forgiving – you can stretch it a little bit if you need to. So, we’re going to continue wrapping around the can here, making sure that stays even. And actually, I didn’t tell you, but this was two pieces of napkin that I taped together. So, that way, I had enough to go around so…you’re going to want to make sure you get these edges really good. So, I’m going to wait until this completely dries before I put a complete sealant on it. Right now, I’m just brushing things down to make everything go where I want it to be. This is one I did earlier, and it’s ready to be sealed. So, I would just go over this can with another layer of Mod Podge until I’m completely happy with the finish. I’m Cherish, and I hope you learned a few little tips on how you can take paper napkins and cover a coffee can with them to make a beautiful little statement piece for your home or office. And, I hope you’ll go live life to the fullest and make it something to cherish.
