Hi guys, my name is Shirley with Fresh Events Company, and today's topic is how to put your food on display for your buffet. This is such a great way to showcase your style and your personality for your upcoming celebration. I just wanted to show you guys a few examples of some fun ways that you can display your food on your long display tables. Who doesn't love cake stands? It's such a great way to display some really fun desserts, finger foods, something delicious and savory like a slider and it's such a great way for people to grab and go because they'll be up on display, nice depth and dimension here and it's a great way to create those different levels on your buffet table as well. Another great and really creative idea is using a something as simple as a vase that's just been set on a base like that. And you can use something fun and colorful like a charger to place right on top and then your catering, you guys can design all your different kinds of hors d'oeuvres and finger foods that can go straight on this plate as well. Another really creative idea is using wine crates and, another rate, great way to create some levels and dimensions on your buffet table and so is using even something as cool as an ice sculpture which would be great for your summer party or something fun like the nice oyster bar that would just go really great with your buffet table as well. Hopefully you and your caterer can come up some really great designs for your upcoming celebration, where we love food and we love to eat. So, hopefully you guys can have some fun with that. Thanks so much for watching. Again, my name is Shirley with Fresh Events Company.
