Hi, I'm Michelle Burt, owner of Maddycakes, children themed parties, and DIY party crafts blog Maddycakes News, and today, I'm gonna talk about Jasmine. I love the movie Aladdin. So many girls want a little Jasmine party, and when I think about Jasmine parties, I think of opulence and grandeur, and beautiful, rich colors. But I do not wanna spend a lot of money. Do you? I didn't think so. You can get almost every single thing here pretty much from dollar stores. I made this gorgeous centerpiece. When I think of these beautiful rich colors, you can use jewel tone colors. Doesn't matter what colors you use, they're all gonna go together. I took a dollar store vase, and simply wrapped it with these beads you can get from any party store, or dollar stores. I think I got these for eight for a dollar. I hot glued them on, all the way up, and made a gorgeous, opulent vase. Put some feathers in, got that just look just so Alladinish, because you know his hat, the feathers in the top? But that went really well. For this candle holder, another glass vase I got from dollar store. To embellish it, I simply spray it with some glitter gold spray. It's kind of iridescent, so you actually see through and see the candle. I took some glue around the bottom, just any ordinary craft glue, sprinkled some fine gold glitter on the bottom, and walah! A beautiful candle holder. I think any princess would love that. To bling up the plate, it's an ordinary paper plate, I just took some jewels that I got from a dollar store, in the same jewel tones, and just glue them on here. You can either actually eat on this plate, or get another little saucer, put it on top, and eat on there as well. Now, for some food presentation, I love to have beautiful food presentations. This is a simple plastic cup that I took double stick tape, I wrapped it around, sprinkled some more of that glitter to bling it up, I thought it's really cute, and to add a little extra touch, the spoon, put some glue on the tip of the spoon, put some more glitter on it. Who wouldn't want to eat some ice cream out of this? Well, hope you got some easy DIY tips that you can do for your Jasmine party.
