Hi, I'm Jessica Epstein, Co-Founder of Grayson Elise Styling and Accessories. I'm here at Serendipity Bridal in Austin, Texas to talk about how to choose a mother of the bride dress. The first thing that you want to consider when you're choosing a mother of the bride gown is the color palette that the bride has chosen for her wedding, for her bridesmaids. Navy, champagne and gray are always safe choices and complement most color schemes. I personally, I'm a big fan of the one shoulder. It's fashionable, elegant and very sophisticated. This particular dress comes with a sash, a chiffon sash which is very beautiful. But, one of the things that I really like to do to add a little bit of sparkle is to take this sash that it comes with off and add this belt from the Grayson Elise fall 2012 collection, it's called the Dillon. Here we go. And just adding this belt gives this dress just a little bit of sparkle and brightens up the whole dress. It gives it that unique touch that every mother of the bride deserves.
