Hi, I'm Cara Graver at The Cob Studio and I'm here to show you knitting binding versus decreases. Okay. So, if you're going to be binding off a piece, you'd knit two stitches and then pull the firs one over the next one. Knit another, pull the first one over the next one and so on. And that makes a nice tidy little edge to finish your piece. But, you can use something similar to that to decrease. So, I'm just going to go ahead here and pretend that I'm going to decrease and I can knit two stitches together and that'll turn into one stitch out of two. Or, I could slip a stitch off and knit a stitch and pass the slip stitch over the knit stitch and that's a lot like the decreasing. I'm Cara Graver at The Cob Studio and this was binding versus decreases.
