Hi, my name is Ashley Lucas and I'm the artist and crafty girl behind Today, I'm going to be showing you how to make this really cute Mother's Day craft for preschool children. For this craft you're going to need some pink acrylic paint, a regular pencil like this one, a small colorful frame, some white card stock, and some clear tape. Alright so you're going to pull your white card stock in front of you and then you're going to dispense a little bit of this pink acrylic paint and this is kind of a thumb print activity so it's pretty easy for young children. All you're going to need to do is stick one of your fingers into this paint and you're going to make kind of two blob shapes, one is a little larger, one is a little smaller. The larger one is mom, the smaller one is you. Okay so you're going to let that dry. It just takes about five minutes. I have one here that's already complete, okay and you're going to take your pencil and what I like to do is sometimes go around that shape to give it a little more definition and then all moms love flowers so I think it's a really cute idea to just put some petals around your shape so you have a tiny flower and a bigger flower that's mom. So after your petals, you're just going to need a little stem, some leaves and a really cute face for each one. Okay, and of course a little heart because you love mom so much. Alright so after your artwork is complete, you can stick it into this colorful frame, okay, and you have a wonderful gift for mom. Thank you for joining me today.
