Hi, I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown from, and the Yarn Shop in Denver Colorado and today I will be teaching you how to change color in crochet. The tools you will need on how to change color in crochet will be number one, your crochet hook. Today, we are using a size G crochet hook. Number two, you will need yarn. Today, we are using two different colors of 100 percent cotton. We have a green and we have a peach color. What I have done is made a brief chain, foundation chain and I'm just going to single crochet down my chain to where I need to change the color in my crochet. As you approach the end of the chain, we are going to change color. Instead of completing this stitch with the final yarn over, we take the other color, the peach color, put that across our hook, then you simply pull the peach color through. Now your stitch is completed and you can continue with your pattern in your new color. And that is how you change color in crochet. I'm Cassandra Allen-Brown from and the Yarn Shop in Denver, Colorado and that's how you change color in crochet.
