Wish-Bone Italian Dressing starts with a base of oil and vinegar. With the addition of seasonings such as onion, garlic and herbs, the dressing is a quick and flavorful marinade for steak. Things You'll Need

  • 1 lb. steak
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

      Place steak in a zip-top plastic bag or non-aluminum baking dish.

      Add thickly sliced vegetables to the bag or baking dish, if you wish. Peppers, onions and mushrooms all pair well with steak.

      Pour Wish-Bone Italian Dressing over the steaks and vegetables. Seal the bag or cover the baking dish and place in the refrigerator.

      Allow the steak to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.

      Remove steak and vegetables from marinade. Discard marinade and cook steak and vegetables as usual.
