Things You'll Need

  • 3 to 7 pounds of beef loin
  • Paper towels
  • Cutting board or platter
  • Package of dry soup, onion
  • Can of cream of mushroom soup
  • Five potatoes washed and cubed
  • Three carrots, peeled, washed and cubed

Instructions

      Wash the steak in cool water, and pat it dry with paper towels. Set it aside on a cutting board or platter. Pierce the steak with a fork.

      Open the soup can. Place one-third of the soup in the bottom of your 5-quart slow cooker. Shake 2 tbsp. of the dry soup mix over the cream of mushroom soup.

      Place the beef loin steak on the soup mix. Pour the remainder of the soups on top of the steak.

      Place the potatoes and carrots on top of the steak. Cook the steak on low for six hours.
