How to Reset the Default Codes on a Silent Knight 5104 Dialer

The Silent Knight 5104 Dialer is an automatic fire alarm system and communicator made by Honeywell. It connects to smoke detectors for sensing fires, and has a telephone line plugged into it for making calls to the fire department to issue coded reports on fire incidents. The Silent Knight has a variety of codes that you can program, such as the reporting format code that is sent for a "Fire Alarm," "Sprinkler Supervisor" and "Test Code." If the changes that you programmed are no longer suitable, you can reset the default codes on a Silent Knight 5104 by following a few easy steps.

Instructions

1. Press the "Dial Reset 3" key.

2. Press the "Enter" key.

3. Type in the installer code. The Silent Knight 5104 Dialer will then reset itself and discontinue communication attempts.
