How to Grill Green Onions

How to Grill Green Onions thumbnail
Trim the bottom of green onions before grilling.

Grilling vegetables is an alternative to cooking them on the stove top or in the microwave. Fixing green onions on the grill allows the onion to cook without drying out in an oven or overcooking in the microwave. Place the onions on a grill sheet to keep them from falling between the bars on the grill. Adding moisture to the onions allows them to cook without singe marks. Does this Spark an idea?
