Soda can cause damage to the teeth. Some sodas stain the teeth because of the soda's dark color. This makes the teeth look unhealthy and may make a person feel unattractive. Instead of hiding a smile due to soda-stained teeth, remove the stains. To remove these stains in the convenience of your home and whiten teeth, you will need a couple of ingredients and about five minutes of time.

Place 1 tsp. baking soda and a few drops of water into a clean container.

Mix the baking soda and water until they form a paste.

Dip a toothbrush into the mixture to get it onto the bristles. You should use the same amount of the mixture as you would toothpaste when you are brushing your teeth.

Brush the soda-stained teeth with the mixture. You can brush the remaining teeth with it as well.

Let the mixture sit on your teeth for two to three minutes so it has enough time to remove the soda stains.

Rinse your mouth out completely with water.
