How to Clean a Film Off Glass
Glass is a surface that is very crisp, clear and attractive when cleaned properly. Whether outdoor pollens or water spots accumulate on windows, or a film develops on your glass coffee table because you have used the wrong cleaning elements, you are stuck with a hazy residue that you must remove to restore the appearance of your glass surfaces. Mix a cleaning solution in a spray bottle. Pour 3 cups water, 1/4 cup white vinegar and 1 tsp. dish soap into the bottle.

Spray the solution directly onto the glass surface. Let sit for 10 seconds.

Wait for 10 seconds. The vinegar and dish soap will cut through the residue and clean the glass without leaving a film behind.

Wipe the glass clean with a lint-free cleaning cloth to prevent small lint balls from rubbing off onto the glass surface.
