Tips & Warnings
If you can find one at your hardware store, you may choose to use a round block of wood for your base instead to keep with the round shape of the balloons.
Do not over inflate the balloons because they could burst in your face, possibly causing eye injury.
Don't spray paint on a windy day or you may get the paint all over you.
