1
Fill a sink with hot water and add 1 cup of white vinegar. Vinegar is a natural antibacterial and an excellent cleanser.
-
2
Remove the head of the razor which probably has a screen with blades inside. Place this part of the razor along with any trim guides and non-electrical accessories into the vinegar and water to soak.

3
Use a soft towel dipped in vinegar to wipe the other parts of the electric razor, including the handles, buttons and charger. This will remove dust and debris that has built up and may be affecting the charge your razor gets.
-
4
Use a toothbrush and the towel towel to scrub and clean the parts that have been soaking. This will remove any buildup and hair collected that may reduce the effectiveness of your electric razor. Rinse them with hot water and allow them to air dry completely.

5
Replace the blades and head on the electric razor once they are dry. Store all the other items away and know that they will be clean the next time you need them. Make sure the charging contacts on the base are dry and place your electric razor on the base to charge fully before you use it.
