How to Kill Pinworms With Herbs
According to the Mayo Clinic, pinworm infection is the most common type of roundworm infection in the United States. After laying their eggs inside the body, the worms mature in the intestine and travel through the digestive tract. They then lay their eggs in the anal area. A pinworm infection may manifest itself by creating mild digestive problems, abdominal pain, and itching of the vaginal or anal region. First, it is necessary to consult a medical professional when a parasitic infection is suspected. An herbal cure should only be attempted with a doctor's consent and in collaboration with the prescribed medicinal treatment.

Tips & Warnings
Always practice good hygiene. Thoroughly wash your hands after every trip to the bathroom. Avoid scratching the anal region. Also be sure to keep your fingernails clean. Pinworm eggs can remain infective for several days on surfaces. Therefore, it is important to wash all bedding fabrics and clean the bathroom with disinfectant regularly. Remember to change your undergarments every day.
If honey cannot be used, you may replace it with the sweetener of your choice.
If the taste of garlic is too objectionable, you may take the garlic cloves and rub them on the soles of your feet. The garlic is absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream.
The garlic vinegar formula may be stored for many years if it is properly stored in a cool environment.
If garlic just isn't your thing, you can try several other natural, herbal remedies.
Eat raw pumpkin seeds, papaya, and watermelon.
Place ten drops of black walnut tincture in water and drink it a few times a day (less for children).
Be sure to consult a physician before undertaking any herbal treatment. Herbal remedies are not always 100 percent effective. A prescription of anti-parasite medication, such as Albendazole or Pyrantel, may be required.
Do not give honey to children under 2 years of age.
