How to Make Goji Berry Tea

Goji berries are small berries that when dried resemble raisins. They are extremely sweet, tasting somewhat like a mix between a cranberry and a cherry. They are used in many recipes as well as for snacking. When used in tea, goji berries are said to offer antioxidant properties as well as aid in weight loss. Making goji berry tea is fairly simple and offers a refreshing and tasty alternative to traditional tea.

Boil 1 cup of water, and add a tea bag of your choice.

Add a handful of goji berries to the tea, and allow it to steep for 10 minutes.

Strain the tea to remove the berries to prepare your tea for drinking. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla crème stevia, if desired, for extra sweetness.
