How to Clean Water Spots From Bathroom Chrome

Chrome is often used in bathrooms for its decorative appeal. Though it offers a gorgeous finish to metal pieces, it can also collect unsightly water spots. Things You'll Need

• White vinegar
• Water
• Spray bottle
• Liquid dish detergent
• Micro-fiber cloth
• Dryer sheet
• Dishwasher rinse agent

Instructions

The vinegar cleaning method

1. Fill a spray bottle with two parts water and one part vinegar.

2. Secure the lid on the spray bottle.

3. Spray the cleaning solution onto the water spot(s).

4. Wipe off the water spots with a micro-fiber cloth.

5. Use a clean sponge, dampened with a mixture of water and liquid dish soap, to wash away the vinegar odor.

The dryer sheet cleaning method

1. Apply a small amount of dishwasher rinse agent to a fabric softener dryer sheet.

2. Wipe chrome with the damp dryer sheet to remove water spots.

3. Rinse the chrome with a micro-fiber cloth dampened in clean hot water.
