Bangle Rings
-
1
Gather several metal bangle bracelets and a wire cutter.
-
2
Make a single cut through each bracelet.
-
-
3
Bend the metal to form an opening that you can use to attach your curtain. Repeat this process for as many rings as you need.
Ribbon Rings
-
4
Gather ribbon that matches the decor of your room.
-
5
Measure out 8-inch strips of ribbon so that you have the same amount of strips as the number of curtain rings you will need.
-
6
Thread each strip of ribbon through the curtain ring holes and tie the ends into a bow, over the curtain rod. Leave enough of the ribbon to form a loop from which the curtain may attractively hang.
Beaded Rings
-
7
Gather some old beaded necklaces with attractive bobbles.
-
8
Cut the fastener from either end of one necklace.
-
9
Remove half of the beads.
-
10
Thread the beadless portion of the necklace through grommet holes in your curtain and tie both ends around the curtain rod, pulling the knot firm against the beads. Secure the knot and cut off any excess string.
