How to Make a Golden Pheasant Mixed Drink

For forty years my mom and a group of her closest lady friends have been meeting once a month to eat, drink and gossip. And for forty years they have served luscious Golden Pheasant mixed drinks at these monthly affairs. Here is an easy recipe for this mouthwatering beverage.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • gin, lemon juice, conf. sugar, an egg, cream soda
  1. Step 1

    Right in a blender, mix 6 shots of gin and 6 shots of lemon juice. Then stir in a half of a cup of confectioner' s sugar.

  2. Step 2

    In a separate bowl, beat one egg well and add it to the blender mixture.

  3. Step 3

    Mix well in the blender until creamy and smooth.

  4. Step 4

    Pour one shot of the above blended concoction in a cocktail glass and fill the rest of the glass with tasty cream soda. Add in a few ice cubes and serve cold.

  5. Step 5

    Voila! You have just created a delicious Golden Pheasant mixed drink that your guests will surely love!
