How to Make Corn Flake Chicken


There are many ways to fix chicken, however, this is a recipe that a lot of people haven't tried. It's a perfect recipe if you're short on bread crumbs, and have some Corn Flakes available. And even if you don't have Corn Flakes, the next time you're shopping, pick up a box, because it's the perfect way to fix up those chicken legs and give them a delicious taste.

Things You'll Need

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 cups of Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 cup of Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of pepper
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

  • Crush the Corn Flakes and set aside in a bowl that is large enough to hold a chicken leg.

  • Melt butter on low heat and add salt and pepper.

  • Rinse chicken and brush with melted butter

  • Roll the chicken in crushed Corn Flakes

  • Lay the chicken with the Corn Flake coating in your favorite baking pan.

  • Bake for 50 minutes. Time may need to be adjusted, depending on the size of the drumsticks.

  • Remove from oven with oven mitts, and remove from pan and sit on a plate. Now the drumsticks are ready to serve.
