There are many ways to fix chicken, however, this is a recipe that a lot of people haven't tried. It's a perfect recipe if you're short on bread crumbs, and have some Corn Flakes available. And even if you don't have Corn Flakes, the next time you're shopping, pick up a box, because it's the perfect way to fix up those chicken legs and give them a delicious taste.
Things You'll Need
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 cups of Corn Flakes
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of pepper
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Crush the Corn Flakes and set aside in a bowl that is large enough to hold a chicken leg.
Melt butter on low heat and add salt and pepper.
Rinse chicken and brush with melted butter
Roll the chicken in crushed Corn Flakes
Lay the chicken with the Corn Flake coating in your favorite baking pan.
Bake for 50 minutes. Time may need to be adjusted, depending on the size of the drumsticks.
Remove from oven with oven mitts, and remove from pan and sit on a plate. Now the drumsticks are ready to serve.
