Take into account the square footage of your home, the cleaning supplies you used, the cost of the cleaning supplies, and how long it took u to do it. Now to a client's cleaning bid.

2. Step 2) When a client asks you how much it will cost to clean their home, take into account everything you did in step 1. Walk around the client's house, take into account the square footage, the cleaning jobs that need to be performed, and how long the cleaning will take. Then write a cleaning estimate.

3. Step 3) Write a professional and meticulous cleaning estimate and look it over with the potential customer. Does the customer want anything else peformed? Are there any objections to the current bid? If there are, cover them now so you want have any difficulty in the future.

4. Step 4) Close the cleaning sale and begin doing the work. This a simple way to price a cleaning job. Good luck!
