How to Make Easy Pork Chop Casserole


This very easy recipe for pork chop casserole doesn't take much time at all.

Things You'll Need

  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2-cup milk
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Casserole dish
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until they are soft.

  • Brown the pork chops in a pan and season them with salt and pepper to taste while the potatoes are boiling.

  • Peel the potatoes or leave the skin on as you like, cut them into cubes and set them aside. Once the pork chops are done put them into a casserole dish.

  • Add the diced potatoes on top of the pork chops.

  • Mix together both cans of soup and 1/2-cup of milk. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and potatoes. Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add shredded cheese to the top of the casserole if you wish.
  • Make sure to boil the potatoes first
