  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2-cup milk
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    • 1

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until they are soft.

      Brown the pork chops in a pan and season them with salt and pepper to taste while the potatoes are boiling.

      Peel the potatoes or leave the skin on as you like, cut them into cubes and set them aside. Once the pork chops are done put them into a casserole dish.

      Add the diced potatoes on top of the pork chops.

      Mix together both cans of soup and 1/2-cup of milk. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and potatoes. Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add shredded cheese to the top of the casserole if you wish.

  • Make sure to boil the potatoes first
