How to Clean a LeSportsac

Save

LeSportsac has been making colorful nylon bags since 1974. The company has continually expanded its line of casual handbags to include backpacks, laptop sleeves and luggage, and its products are sold in more than 20 countries. LeSportsac works with famous designers such as Stella McCartney and Diane von Furstenberg to create new and unique collections. By using nylon as the main fabric for its bags, LeSportsac offers a product that can be easily cleaned and maintained.

Things You'll Need

  • Cold water
  • Mild soap
  • Soft cloth
  • Empty your Lesportsac bag completely. Check that all pockets, pouches and zippered sections are empty.

  • Hand wash the bag in cold water with mild soap. If there are stains, gently scrub the area with a soft cloth.

  • If it is not part of the classic nylon collection, wipe the bag with a clean, moist cloth. The classic nylon bags are the only ones that can be washed.

  • Reshape the bag, and let it air dry.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the bag has leather decorations or trim, do not wet the leather.
  • Do not iron or bleach LeSportsac bags. If you hand wash your bag, be aware that the colors might fade the first time you wash it.
