Herbal sleep pillows are used for various sleep difficulties such as insomnia, congestion and headache as well as providing a pleasant aroma for invoking pleasant dreams. Sleep pillows can be made using a variety of herbs. Select the herb for your specific needs. Sleep pillows also make great gifts for those that appreciate herbs and aromatherapy.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Cut an 8 x 8 piece of cloth made from natural fibers such as cotton or linen. These fibers breathe better and will allow the scent from the herb to circulate freely. Choose a fabric pattern that blends well with your bedroom decor.

  2. Step 2

Fold the cloth in half with the wrong side of the fabric facing outside.

  3. Step 3

Stitch two sides of the fabric together.

  4. Step 4

Turn the pillow through the open side, so the right side of the fabric is now facing out.

  5. Step 5
