Everyone's had an Irish Car Bomb, but a real drinker will prove is Irish heritage with this shot!!! Warning: THIS SHOT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS, BUT TRUE WELL SEASONED DRINKERS!!!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Beer Pitcher, Rocks Glass, Guinness, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bailey's Irish Cream
  1. Step 1

Fill the pitcher about half way with Guinness. (should be deep enough so when the rocks glass is dropped into the pitcher, there will be enough beer to stop the glass from hitting the bottom) In a standard pitcher, this is about two pints worth of Guinness.

  2. Step 2

Pour a full shot (1.25 ounces) of Jameson Irish Whiskey into the rocks glass. On top of Jameson, pour a full shot (1.25 ounces) of Bailey's Irish Cream into the rocks glass. The liquors will blend and hide the hard hit of the Jameson, making the shot smooth and milky like chocolate milk.

  3. Step 3

Holding the rocks glass upright, drop it into the Guinness filled pitcher and chug as fast as possible. The Bailey's will start to curdle when it comes in contact with the Guinness, this is normal, the entire shot must be taken before this happens. Enjoy, and Cheers!!!

  4. Step 4
