Things You'll Need:
- Per person
- 1 gal ziploc bag
- 1 pint size ziploc
- ice cubes
- sea salt or rock salt kosher will work as well.
- Recipe Ingredients per person
- 2 T white sugar
- 1 cup of half and half if you wish you can use milk but it won't be as creamy
- 1/2 t vanilla or peppermint

Step 1
Take the pint size ziploc bag and combine all the ingredients for the ice cream inside of it. If you wish for smaller kids 1/2 the recipe portion and the bag will not be as heavy. The recipe makes approximately 2 scoops of soft serve ice cream.

Take the gallon size ziploc bag and fill it about 1/4 with ice. Add 3 tablespoons of salt.

Place the pint size ziploc bag (make sure it is sealed!) inside the gallon bag.Add The same amount of ice more.Around the smaller bag and sprinkle 3 more tablespoons of salt on the ice.

Make sure to seal both bags! Carefully!

Holding the the gallon bag shake it gently back and forth. Little ones can slide it around the floor. Just check the seals. In just 5 minutes you will have ice cream!
