These barbecued baby back ribs take little effort to prepare; the meat will fall right off of the bones when you use this moist heat cooking method. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 2 tbsp. garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 racks baby back ribs

Instructions

      Preheat your oven to 350 F.

      Combine all ingredients (except the ribs) in a medium bowl and mix well.

      Place the baby back ribs in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over the top and in the pan. Add enough water to just cover the ribs, cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours. When the ribs are almost done, start your charcoal or gas grill.

      Remove the ribs and finish them on the grill for 3 minutes on each side.

      Take the sauce from the roasting pan and put it in a medium sauce pan. Reduce the sauce to about one-third over medium heat, then cover the baby back ribs with the sauce and serve.
