Barbecue baby back ribs are a real treat. They take little effort to prepare and taste so good. The meet will fall right off the bone using this moist heat cooking method.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 tablespoons garlic chopped fine
  • 1 yellow onion chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 racks baby back ribs
  1. Step 1

In a bowl combine the chopped garlic, chopped yellow onion, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustered, tomato sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, steak seasoning, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Step 2

Put the baby back ribs in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over. Then cover the baby back ribs the rest of the way with water. Cover the pan with foil and bake on 350 for 2 hours.

  3. Step 3

Take the ribs out and finish them on the grill for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Step 4

While you are grilling the baby back ribs take the sauce from the roasting pan and put it in a medium sauce pan. Reduce the sauce to 1/3. Then cover the baby back ribs with the sauce.
