Clean your Anolon non-stick cookware in warm soapy water and a soft nylon brush. If any food remains, boil a mix of 3-parts water and 1-part white vinegar for five to ten minutes. After it cools, clean with the warm soapy water and the soft nylon brush again. Rinse with clean water. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.

Clean your Anolon enamel cookware with warm soapy water and a soft nylon brush. To avoid water spots, towel dry after rinsing in clean warm water.

Clean your Anolon copper bottom cookware before you use it the first time since it has a protective chemical layer to prevent it from tarnishing in the package. Do this by dissolving three tablespoons of baking soda into three quarts of boiling water. Soak the bottom of each pan for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and dry. For regular cleaning, wash in warm soapy water. Use lemon juice or white vinegar with a soft cloth to clean the copper bottom. Anolon also states you can use a copper cleaner, but be sure to wash and dry it.

Clean your Anolon stainless steel cookware in warm soapy water. Be sure to dry it with a towel to prevent spotting. If a thin white film appears, use a sponge to clean it with vinegar or lemon juice. For more difficult stains, use BarKeepers Friend or Bon Ami Polishing Compound. Rub it in with a non-abrasive pad. According to the manufacture, you can put your Anolon stainless steel cookware in the dishwasher.

Clean your Anolon tools and gadgets with warm soapy water and a nylon brush. Anolon recommends you do not put them in the dishwasher since it may cause long-term damage.

Clean your Anolon cutlery with extreme care. Clean the sheath of your cutlery with warm soapy water. Rinse it clean. Dry carefully before placing it back into the butcher's knife, per Anolon manufacture directions.
