Things You'll Need:
- 3 whole wheat pita
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Step 1
The first step on your way to Parmesan chicken pizza is to butterfly your chicken and lightly pound it with a mallet. Then cut the chicken into one inch strips.

Now bread the chicken. First cover in the flour and shake off the excess flour. Then cover in your egg wash(scramble your egg and add water). Then cover in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese(mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese).

Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and bake it for 12 minutes at 450 degrees. When you have 3 minutes left add the pita bread.

Pull the pita and chicken out of the oven. Spread the marinara over the pita, place the chicken strips on top and cover with mozzarella. Bake about five more minutes or until the cheese has melted. Finish your Parmesan chicken pizza with basil if you would like.
