How To Clean Frosted Glass Shower Doors
Each time we take a shower we leave behind a soapy residue on everything that got wet: the tub surround, the shower curtain, the tub floor, etc. Frosted shower doors are no exception, and they should be dried with a squeegee after each shower so a soapy film does not build up. However, it probably already has. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Non-ammoniated cleaning products (Bar Keepers Friend, Arm & Hammer Scrub Free, Sparkle, etc.)

1
Remove soap scum with whatever product you've had the most success with. Some swear by Arm & Hammer Scrub Free; others like the Bar Keepers Friend.
-
2
Remove hard water stains and/or mineral deposits with straight vinegar or lemon oil. Simply wipe either onto the shower door with a cloth and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then wipe off. Repeat if necessary.

3
Wipe away streaks with an ammonia-free glass cleaner, like Sparkle.
-
4
Prevent soap scum from building up on your shower door by wiping it down with a squeegee after each shower. Wiping a light layer of lemon oil on the door will help prevent soapy buildup as well.
