1
Create a blue and green dining table centerpiece. You can mix vases and candle holders/candles--mix and match the sizes and spread them out on a runner in a similar color. Just remember not to keep them all the same height.
-
2
Maybe you don't want to do a dining table centerpiece--then how about a beautiful layout on your buffet in different shades of blues and greens? You can also stake fancy plates and glasses in corresponding colors.

-
3
Create an entry setup by placing a blue or green vase with white flowers next to a bowl for your keys--just remember to keep it simple.
-
4
Another room where blues and greens work well is the bedroom. Just use neutral bedding and add accent pillows in blues and greens--or add a throw and a few accessories such as a picture frame or a stack of books with bindings in the corresponding colors.

Healing powers:
Green: Made up of blue and yellow, green is regarded as a color of harmony. It is a mild sedative useful in the treatment of nervous conditions, hay fever, ulcers, influenza, malaria, colds, sexual disorders and cancer. It preserves and strengthens eyesight. Being highly medicinal and depressive, it is of great help in the treatment of inflammatory conditions.
Blue: Cool, soothing and sedative, blue alleviates pain, reduces bleeding and heals burns. It is beneficial in the treatment of dysentery, colic, asthma, respiratory disorders, high blood pressure and skin aberrations. In a study at the New England State Hospital, 25 staff members with normal blood pressure were bathed in blue light for half an hour. It resulted in a universal fall in blood pressure. The blood pressure rose when red light was applied.
