Step 1

Place two rubber bands end to end.

Lay one rubber band slightly over the end of the other so that they overlap.

Step 3

Grasp the rubber band that is underneath and pull the overlapped end through the rubber band above.

Step 4

Continue pulling the bottom rubber band through its own loop.

Step 5

Tighten the link.

Step 6

Repeat Steps 1 through 4, creating more chains until the rubber band chain is as long as you desire.

Step 7

Tie the ends in a secure knot if you want your chain to form a loop. If you want your rubber band chain to be simply a length of rubber bands, leave it untied.
