1
Brew a small pot of very strong coffee using an electric coffee maker. You will only need about 2 oz., but it may be easier to make more if using a large machine. To do this, use double the amount of coffee grains as you would normally use for a cup of drip coffee.
-
2
Heat 4 to 6 oz. of milk on the stovetop or in the microwave, without letting it come to a boil.
-
-
3
Melt about 1 tbsp. of white chocolate chips in the microwave using a microwave-safe bowl.
-
4
Pour hot milk into a sturdy mug and use a handheld milk frother to froth the milk and create plenty of foam.
-
5
Place some melted white chocolate into the bottom of your serving mug and top with about a tablespoon of caramel sauce. Pour in about 2 oz. of hot, strong coffee. Stir if desired.
-
6
Top with about 4 oz. of milk and then fill the mug to the top with milk foam. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.

Tips & Warnings
Use less white chocolate and caramel for a less sweet drink. Use a darker roast coffee for a more robust flavor that will mimic the taste of strong espresso.
This is a high sugar, high calorie drink, so enjoy it in moderation.
