  • Canned Tuna
  • Egg Noodles
  • Frozen Peas
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions

      Bring a pan of water to a bowl. Add a small bag of egg noodles and a half of bag of frozen peas. Continue boiling until noodles are tender. You can follow package directions. Peas should be crisp and not over cooked. Drain immediately.

      Transfer noodles and peas in a casserole dish or serving dish. Add one can of tuna fish and one can of cream of mushroom soup and stir together. For a creamier casserole add another half of a can of mushroom soup. I do not recommend adding milk.

      No need to bake. Pepper to taste and serve. Goes great with a salad and/or crescent rolls.
