1
Select a chair to use. Pick out a nice comfy chair. Place the chair at one end of the room where the gifts will be opened.

2
Lay approximately 3 to 4 feet of tulle out on the floor. Have enough that can drape over the back of the chair and down in the sides. Secure one end of the tulle to the front left leg of the chair with a piece of floral wire; use wire to match the color of the tulle. Bring the tulle up the leg and side of chair securing to the chair with the wire about every 4 to 6 inches. Continue up the left side, around the back and down the right side securing the tulle with the wire as you go. If necessary, cut off any excess tulle when you get to the bottom of the right leg. Each side should be of equal length.

Gather about 3 to 5 flowers together, and secure with the floral wire. Make enough bunches of flowers to cover the wire used to secure the tulle to the chair. Place one bunch of flowers over the wire at the bottom of the left leg; twist the wire around the leg to secure in place. Continue covering all the wire holding the tulle on with bunches of flowers.
