Here is my way of cooking a beef roast in the crock pot. It is Very easy and extremely delicious. One of my favorite recipes!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Beef roast
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Can of chicken broth
  • Seasonings of your choice
  1. Step 1

First, you have to let your roast thaw out. Put it in the fridge overnight.

  2. Step 2

Slice up your vegetables and put them in the bottom of the crock pot. I slice 2-3 onions in half and about 4 potatoes in half and put the full halves all the way around the bottom of the crock pot, then I put about 20-25 baby carrots in and season all of it.

  3. Step 3

Next, season your roast. I use Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt and onion salt. Then, place your roast in the middle of the crock pot and pour the chicken broth over everything. I also add about a half can of water.

  4. Step 4

Cook on high about 4-5 hours or on low 8-9 hours. When done the meat should pull apart easily.
