Step 1
Floor CleanerClean no-wax floors: To wash no-wax floors, add a half-cup of white distilled vinegar to a half-gallon of warm water.

Carpet CleanerClean carpet stains: Treat stain immediately. Mix 1 tsp liquid detergent and 1 tsp white distilled vinegar with 1 pint lukewarm water. Apply with a soft brush or towel and rub gently. Rinse with a clean moist towel and blot dry. Repeat until the stain is gone. Dry quickly using a blow dryer.

Window CleanerClean windows: Clean windows with a mixture of equal parts of white distilled vinegar and warm water. Dry with a soft cloth. This solution will make your windows gleam and will not leave film or streaks on the glass.

Wood CleanerClean woodwork: Wash painted walls, woodwork and Venetian blinds with a mix of 1 cup ammonia, a half-cup of white distilled or cider vinegar and a quarter-cup of baking soda with 1 gallon of warm water. Wipe walls or blinds with this solution using a sponge or cloth and rinse with water.

Furniture CleanerClean wood furniture: Mix equal parts olive oil and vinegar and polish furniture with a soft cloth. Try in an inconspicuous place first.
