    • 2/3 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream
    • 4 ice cubes
    • 2 tsp. granulated sugar

    • 1/2 cup skim milk

        Combine cocoa powder, instant coffee and sugar in bowl. Stir to mix.

        Add milk a little at a time and stir mixture until smooth.
