Things You'll Need:

  • 4 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup skim milk

  • 2/3 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 4 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  1. Step 1

    Combine cocoa powder, instant coffee and sugar in bowl. Stir to mix.

  2. Step 2

    Add milk a little at a time and stir mixture until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Put mixture in blender and add ice cream and ice cubes.

  4. Step 4

    Blend for about 1 minute, or until foamy.

  5. Step 5

    Pour and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • To make the shake richer (but not low-fat), use whole milk and regular vanilla ice cream.
