How to Use Antique Sewing Machine Drawers to Decorate a Home


Collecting antiques is a very personal treasure hunt. People love old things because of the colors, materials and emotions attached to the item.   • Set a drawer on the back of your toilet tank. Fill it with washcloths and decorative soaps. Again, the narrow and long shape is perfect for the tank-top. It can organize all your guest needs. Roll up color coordinated wash cloths. Stack up some pretty soap to finish off the look.

  • Organize your desk space by placing computer compact discs and software manuals. Keep them right at your finger tips. Compact discs sit up nice and straight in your antique drawer. The combination of high tech and old wood will add a nice touch to your home office.
