      Allow properly packaged chicken removed from the refrigerator to sit on a plate a few minutes while preparing your dishes and utensils. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

      Place the unwrapped chicken in an oven-safe cooking bowl. Then, top the chicken with the tomato sauce and then the Parmesan cheese.

      Bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Use pot holders to remove the chicken from the oven and spread mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Put the chicken back in the oven to bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Use pot holders to remove the chicken from oven, then let the Chicken Parmesan cool for 5 minutes before serving.
