    • Yarn or string
    • Red construction paper
    • White construction paper
    • Blue construction paper
    • Glue
    • Scissors
    • Hole puncher
    • Five-dollar bill
    • Pencil
    • Copy machine

        Make a photo copy of Abraham Lincoln from the front of a five dollar bill. It can be in color or black and white.

        Cut the face out of the copy you just made, and set it aside.

        Draw a large red star on a piece of construction paper with a pencil. If you don't know how to make a star, you can trace a cookie cutter. Cut the large star out.

        Draw a medium-sized star on a piece of white construction paper with a pencil, and cut it out. Glue it on top of the big red star you made in step three.

        Draw a small star on a piece of blue construction paper with a pencil, and cut it out. Glue it on top of the medium-sized white star you made in step four.

        Glue the picture of Abraham Lincoln on the small blue star.

        Punch a hole in the top center of the big red star with your hole puncher.

        Thread a piece of yarn or string through the hole. Make sure the yarn is big enough to go around your head, and then tie a knot in the end.
