How to Make Great Frog Cupcakes for Kids!

The simplicity of this design means anyone can get in on the fun.

If you're looking for a whimsical cupcake design that does not take complicated equipment, expensive ingredients or even much artistic talent, these frog cupcakes may give you the inspiration you need. You can start with any flavor of cupcakes. If you have children, they will probably love helping you to assemble the eyes and make green frosting. Cupcakes
White frosting
Green food coloring
Butter knife
White chocolate candy melts or rounded chunks of white chocolate
Chocolate chips
Black or brown writing icing (optional)

Instructions

  Mix a few drops of green food coloring into the white frosting. When the frosting is evenly green throughout, spread it onto the cupcakes with a butter knife.

  Place a dab of frosting onto the front of a white chocolate candy round, then stick a chocolate chip onto it to make an eye.

  Stick two "eyes" into each cupcake, near the top of the circle and angled up and out.

  Draw two little dots and a smile on each frog using writing icing.
