Things You'll Need

• Large mixing bowl
• Large mixing spoon
• Measuring cup
• 1/2 cup baking soda
• 1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide
• 1 drop oil of peppermint
• Small plastic storage container or squeeze bottle

Instructions

1. Measure baking soda and pour into a large mixing bowl. Baking soda is a natural cleanser and is found in many commercial toothpastes.

2. Add 1/4-cup hydrogen peroxide to the mixing bowl. The peroxide disinfects and whitens your teeth.

3. Put one drop of oil of peppermint in the mixture. This makes your teeth feel fresh.

4. Stir the ingredients together with a large mixing spoon to achieve a paste. You may have to add a little more baking soda or peroxide to get the right consistency.

5. Store the organic toothpaste in a small plastic storage container or squeeze bottle.
