Things You'll Need:
- A Ped Egg foot file
- An exfoliating cream
- Shower Gel
- Miracle of Aloe Miracle Foot Cream (All of these items are available at any Walgreen's Pharmacy over the counter)
-
Step 1
As soon as you get out of the shower or bath, gently rub the ped egg over the rough areas of your feet. Don't forget to pay a little extra attention to the heels and toes.
-
Step 2
Rinse your feet with warm, clean water. Mix the exfoliating cream and a little of the shower gel in your hands, then massage onto your feet. Be sure to rub thoroughly, especially around the heels, the sides of your feet, and between your toes.
-
Step 3
Rinse well and dry your feet with a soft towel.
-
Step 4
Apply a generous layer of the Miracle Foot Repair Cream, then put on a pair of clean cotton socks. Your feet will already feel much softer and smoother, but if you leave the socks on for a couple of hours at least after applying the Repair Cream, then your feet will be even softer. Repeat daily as needed.

on 10/7/2008 I have dry feet and I'm not that great about always putting lotion on and using a pumice stone. I recently found a product called the Pedifix Pedi Quick Step-N-Smooth Shower Foot File. It's so cool! You just rub your feet on in the shower and you're feet are smooth. It takes the dry skin right off! I got it online at Therawear.com and I think the site is http://www.therawear.com/pedifix_pedi_quick_step_n_smooth_shower_foot_file.html. If you aren't the most diligent about a foot routine this is a definite must. I love it and it has made my mornings much easier.
