1
Brush false teeth to keep them white. False teeth must be brushed daily, just like natural teeth. Use a toothbrush, nail brush or other soft brush and soap or dish washing detergent. Rinse them thoroughly before placing them back in your mouth.

2
Soak false teeth. Once a week, soak false teeth in a false teeth cleaning solution. These products kill bacteria that causes infections and yellowing of teeth. The best time to soak false teeth is overnight.

3
Use vinegar to remove calculus. Calculus is a concentration of mineral salt which turn false teeth from white to yellow. When calculus builds up, soak the false teeth in a solution of half vinegar and half water.

4
Take false teeth out at night. Place the teeth in a cup of water to clean them while you sleep.
-
5
Rinse false teeth with water. Hold false teeth under the faucet to clean them after eating to remove food particles from them and keep them white. Leftover food particles can lead to calculus.

6
Microwave false teeth. If you have a full set of false teeth which contain no metal parts, microwaving them helps keep them white. The microwaves combat bacteria in water that cleaning solutions fail to eliminate. Place the false teeth in your cleaning solution and microwave for two minutes.
